Do You Accept Insurance?
e are an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice and do not work directly with insurance companies.
Here’s why:
Insurance companies often limit the time, scope, and approach of psychiatric care which can compromise the depth and personalization you deserve. At Intuitive Minds Wellness, we believe in giving you our full, undivided attention, without the time pressure or treatment restrictions imposed by insurance systems.
This allows us to:
-
Spend more time with you
-
Consider what’s driving the symptoms, not just how to quiet them.
-
Use medication thoughtfully, alongside the everyday things that shape how you feel, how you eat, move, sleep, connect, and live.
For many clients, this approach leads to faster progress, more meaningful care, and a better overall experience.
You may be able to submit claims for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your insurance plan. We’re happy to provide a superbill upon request.
Can I use HSA or FSA to pay for Sessions?
Yes! Many clients use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to pay for care. We can provide detailed receipts to support your reimbursement.
Are Sessions Virtual or In-Person?
All services in both Ohio and Florida are currently offered virtually, allowing you to receive support from the comfort of your home.
COMING FALL 2026- Ohio in-person visits will be offered
How Do I Get Started?
The best way to begin is by scheduling a complimentary 10 minute consult. We’ll talk about your goals, explore your care options, and answer any questions. There’s no pressure just a warm, welcoming space to see what feels aligned.
What makes Intuitive Minds Wellness different from a traditional psychiatry practice?
I keep my practice intentionally personal. When you reach out, you’re reaching me, not a call center or a maze of automated messages. If you have a question about your treatment, I’m the one answering it.
I also want you to understand your care. We’ll talk about what I’m recommending, why I’m recommending it, what your options are, and what we’re looking for along the way. I don’t want you leaving an appointment with a prescription and a vague idea of what happens next.
Treatment here is highly individualized. I bring together evidence-based psychiatry, trauma-informed care, and a willingness to think creatively when the standard approach doesn’t quite fit. And because women’s mental health rarely exists in a vacuum, we’ll consider the things that may be part of your particular picture including hormones and cycles, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, attachment patterns, stress, and the context of your life.
There’s no formula I’m trying to fit you into. The point is to figure out what makes sense for you.
